The purpose of the 360° assessments is to be an important feedback channel before relocating and while living in a new country – this 360° assessment is tailored to the international situation.
Group Coaching
Group and peer discussion processes for international talents. Discussions are led by psychologists, with the opportunity to share good practices and learnings, and gain peer support from others; also a great networking possibility with those in the same situation.
Integration to Finland Workshop
Workshop is an educative, supportive and discussive training session, led by a relocation psychologist to support international talents to settle into Finland, live their life in a new culture of Finland and feel taken care of. Workshop is also a great opportunity to share in a confidential and supportive environment possible challenges and questions as well as good practices and learnings and to gain peer support from others. It offers also also a great platform for networking with colleagues in the same situation. Possible both online and face to face.
