As a psychologists we have a good understanding of human behavior and psychological processes behind – we can be of help to understand and make visible the role of emotions, expectations, concerns, hopes and needswhen settling into a new country and living the international (work) life. We have strong understanding of the mental processes in the big life changes like opening a new chapter in life abroad.

Organizational perspective and business objectives.

After working more than 15 years in organizational and leadership development, we have a very good understanding of organizational perspective too – how all that affect to the international work life.

International and multicultural perspective.

International, multicultural working environments and different cultures are our speciality. Having the long experience of working with international companies, with different nationalities and also in different countries is familiar to us.

Family perspective.

We have also experience in working with families with kids in different ages. We utilize the knowledge of developmental psychology whenever needed with working families and spouses living abroad.

Living abroad.

We all have also personal experience of the delight and challenges of living abroad – alone and with the family.
