This far the two workshops has provided both the needed psychological knowledge as well as a safe place to network with a group of peers living in a similar kind of situation in Finland – no matter if it is career or family & friends related. GLOBAL TALENT PROGRAM

Relocation Psychologists supported us to meet our global Talent program goals by conducting first a self-development assessment to all of our talent program participants. After that, based on the development assessment and coachative discussion, each participant made a personal development plan together with a relocation psychologist. In the final stages of the program, self-assessments were also utilized as a tool for leading people and understanding diversity in a group workshop.

INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENTS & MANAGEMENT REVIEW

Relocation Psychologists was our sparring partner when we looked into creating hands-on recruitment process to speed up our strong, international growth plans. They helped us create a tailored recruitment process for our business needs and craft practical aid materials to ensure we have the tools to support our recruiting managers and to offer similar candidate experience across the globe. This project was one concrete activity that helped us deliver the growth targets and at the same time it received lots of positive feedback on its simplicity from our recruiting managers and on its human approach from our job candidates.

After that it was quite natural to continue our cooperation and Relocation Psychologists stepped in to strengthen our in-house HR team taking ownership on selected recruitment processes in India, the UAE, Canada, Poland and Germany. Relocation Psychologists delivered the whole pipeline for key roles including manager support, candidate interviews and selection assessments. Again, this was a great solution ensuring we keep on our growth track and can support our business the best way possible.

Growing any business includes also growing together. Thus far we have delivered many tailored development programs across the organization and as a next step we wanted to create a systematic evaluation process to develop, assess, and strengthen our Group Management Team’s leadership skills. After learning more about our overall organizational review process Relocation Psychologists made a proposal on how to identify and then assess leadership competencies that will support Cadmatic’s targets today and in the near future. This was the missing piece that complemented our existing organizational review elements delivering us a solid understanding and approach for our C-level leadership development.

With the right partners, high level of trust, and the attitude that nothing will stop you we nailed it with Relocation Psychologists! We have closed tens of demanding recruitments bringing us on our headcount target for the year. In addition, we have successfully complemented our organizational review process giving us a full picture of our organizations competences and how to develop them even further.
