Looks like there is no end for these different studies and indexes where ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Finland ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ is performing really well in TOP10. What The Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2023 (GTCI) reveals in the special tenth anniversary edition, Finland is now 6th (2022 8th), the highest ever rank in the GTCI (also in 2018 & 2019) out of 132 countries.

Results look good in general and Finland reaches TOP10 in many main & sub categories. However, especially External Openness (28th) is a little bit surprising. Finland is still pretty good in attracting business but attracting people seems to be – based on this study – the weakest spot.
